The KZ Castor Harman Target Version is a wired in-ear monitor designed around a Harman-inspired frequency-response target for balanced music listening, gaming, movies, and everyday audio. This silver version includes an inline microphone and connects through a standard 3.5mm plug.
Its stacked dual-driver system combines a 10mm dual-magnetic dynamic driver with a separate 8mm dynamic driver. One driver focuses primarily on low frequencies, while the other handles the midrange and treble through an electronic crossover arrangement, helping maintain separation across the frequency range.
Four physical tuning switches provide 16 possible switch combinations. Switches 1 and 2 adjust the low-frequency level, while switches 3 and 4 adjust the mid and high frequencies. This allows the listener to select a more balanced, bass-enhanced, or brighter presentation without requiring a software equalizer.
Key Features:
• Harman Target Version with balanced acoustic tuning
• Dual dynamic driver configuration
• 10mm dual-magnetic dynamic driver
• Separate 8mm dynamic driver
• Electronic crossover between the two drivers
• Four physical sound-adjustment switches
• 16 possible tuning combinations
• Adjustable low, mid, and high-frequency response
• Detachable 0.75mm 2-pin cable
• Standard 3.5mm wired connection

Tuning Controls:
• Switch 1: Raises the low-frequency level by one step
• Switches 1 and 2: Raise the low-frequency level by two steps
• Switch 3: Raises the mid and high-frequency level by one step
• Switches 3 and 4: Raise the mid and high-frequency level by two steps
• Different switch combinations provide up to 16 selectable sound profiles

Important Note:
This is the standard Harman Target Version and not the black Harman Target with Improved Bass Version. The switches adjust the frequency balance but do not add extra drivers, digital processing, active noise cancellation, or virtual surround sound.
Noise isolation is passive and depends on selecting the correct ear-tip size and achieving a proper seal. It should not be confused with electronic active noise cancellation.
Microphone and control functions depend on the connected device and its 3.5mm wiring standard. Computers with separate microphone and headphone sockets require a compatible splitter, sold separately. Devices without a 3.5mm audio jack require an appropriate audio adapter or DAC, also sold separately.
The confirmed package normally contains the earphone pair, detachable cable, silicone ear tips, tuning lever, and instructions.

Awesome Sound and build quality
first impression i didn't expect much when i saw earbuds, but with connected and tried for the first time, wow sound out of the box, no DAC no AMP just connected straight forward to a laptop, mid base is awesome for my taste sound is so clear, the adjustments is an extra benefit, tried them a bit but still need to adjust the sound more, will update the review in couple of months and see how those will hold up.

😍
I am still amazed how clear and crisp the sound is. I use it for my daily commute and it never failed me. I am not an audiophile but i'll prefer an IEM than any wireless earphones or headphones in the market. Influenced my family to use IEMs too
