5. Placing an order

- If a payment is declined, reversed, or charged back without legitimate cause, we reserve the right to suspend your Account and pursue recovery of the amount owed.
7. Shipping and delivery
- Delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on your location.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, force majeure events, or incorrect delivery details provided by you.
- For international Orders, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
